POEM procedure for achalasia cardia
This 78-year-old gentleman had long-standing dysphagia and weight loss. The workup showed type II achalasia cardia. Post POEM his symptoms resolved completely.
EUS coil & glue injection
70 yr male came with massive gastric variceal bleed. History of glue injection in 2021 elsewhere. We did EUS coil & glue injection. 3 large coils & 2 ml of glue + lipoidal. Completely obliteration of flow in varix achieved immediately.
Single session EUS and ERCP
This 74-year-old gentleman came with upper abdomen discomfort and post-cholecystectomy status. The ultrasound showed dilated CBD with deranged LFT. The patient underwent EUS and showed two stones in distal CBD f/b ERCP in same sedation. Recent data in favor of the same session EUS-ERCP, especially in those with a high risk of CBD stones, post-cholecystectomy, and pregnancy.

Young female with a history of 15 kg weight loss, and coughing for the last 2 months. CT s/o mediastinal lymph nodes TB/Lymphoma .Mantoux positive , but IGRA negative. Endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle biopsy established the diagnosis. EUS biopsy is a simple way to sample from mediastinal node/mass or retroperitoneal node , pancreatic mass
